Benita Dwyer - More than a Manager

For those of you who have worked with me over the last couple of years, you have more than likely met my manager and friend Benita Dwyer.

Before joining our office, she was a highly successful agent in West Auckland.

The pull of family down here in the Garden City saw her make the move south and she quickly became an integral part of our team.

My business has developed and grown over this time thanks to Benita's wisdom, experience, attention to detail and her belief in my ability as a real estate salesperson.

As we've had those meetings with clients throughout the campaign and then in the auction room or sitting around the table presenting offers at a deadline, she brought her genuine kindness, warm personality and unflappable nature.

I know so many of you have appreciated her presence in the process of selling your homes.

I'd deeply saddened to share that Benita has passed away after a second hard-fought battle with cancer.

There are three key goals we've often discussed worked towards and I will continue to press on to tick them off - for me and in honour of Benita.

I will miss her guidance and oversight of my business, I will miss our weekly one-to-one meetings every Monday at 10:15am, I'll miss her contribution to our office and her championing our success...

But most of all, I will miss my friend B.
