Happy New Year

As we say goodbye to 2024, I want to take a moment to reflect and count my blessings.

I'm so grateful to every person who trusted me this year with helping them achieve their real estate goals. 2024 was a mixture of first home buyers, investors (buying & selling), downsizers, upsizers, deceased estates & relationship changes.

I listed & sold property from Christchurch as far south as Timaru—auctions, deadlines, 'as is', cross lease, freehold, unit title. I also referred clients to colleagues in the North Island.

Harcourts is a brand I am proud to be associated with. 'The Finest Experience' has been a focus this year—exceptional customer service. While I haven't always got it right, I do my best to learn from each encounter. A teachable spirit is essential to being able to achieve this. I was proud to receive the Client Experience Excellence Award for the third straight year.

Thanks to Holmwood for being a great company to work for. Your care for people beyond business—our mental, physical & emotional wellbeing—enables us to be better humans, which in turn makes us better sales consultants.

BNI (Business Network International and The Networkers have given me a place to meet new people, build quality relationships & strengthen the network of people I can refer my clients to. It's about surrounding yourself with like-minded people, supporting each other & each other's business.

I'm thankful for friends, family & clients around the world who continue to support, encourage & cheer me on in my business. On the days when it can feel a bit overwhelming or tough, a timely message or interaction has made all the difference.

On a personal note, after losing my sweet Ernie last year it was such a highlight to welcome Montgomery Earle (Monty) into the family.
